Shipping 

Shipping takes 1-4 days from the next calendar day following the placing of your order.

When shipping we use next day delivery to ensure that any plant products are in transit for as little time as possible.

Our delivery partner who carries out deliveries on our behalf will be in touch with your tracking number and delivery information.

Our delivery partner will give you the option to leave in a safe place, if you select this option then you are soley liable for the package from this point onwards.

We send all plants via next day delivery as it is integral that they spend as little time in darkness in transit as is possible, therefore, if the first delivery was unsuccessful, meaning the plant inside the package is returned to a depot for re-delivery on a later date or collection on a later date then the business can not be responsible for the wellbeing of any living plant stock as it has been kept in darkness and transit for far longer than is optimal.

Shipping is a flat rate chargeable at £5.95.

We only ship to mainland UK.

 

Returns policy 

We do not accept returns or offer refunds for items unless they are faulty or damaged. Any fault or damage on arrival must be reported to contact@nicethingsplantshop.co.uk within 24 hours of receiving the product(s) along with photographic evidence of the damage.

In line with consumer rights law we do not accept returns or offer refunds because an item is no longer wanted (for example if it is the wrong size or colour).

Return postage will be paid by ourselves in the event that an item arrives damaged or faulty and the management accepts a return or refund is appropriate. In all other instances, the customer will pay for return postage.

Live plant stock policies

Please note, with live plant stock, if no damage is reported within 24 hours of receiving the goods then it will be understood that damage has occurred when in the care of the recipient and was not previously faulty.

As plants are living things, after receiving the goods, it is the sole responsibility of the recipient to take care of the plant and the business will not be liable for the wellbeing of or any damages to the plant after this point.

We take great care to ensure that all plant products are as close to looking like the product image and are roughly as tall as the height guide, but as all plants are unique, when buying from the website it is understood that the plant stock purchased may be different in look, shape and height to those specified in the product page.

Plants constitute a perishable product, which under consumer rights law, do not have to be refunded unless they are damaged or faulty upon receiving the item, as the correct care of the plant can not be guaranteed. Without the business being made aware of damage to a plant product within 24 hours of receiving the item, no return or refund will be issued.
